These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Enforyn’s website, dashboard, APIs, and related offerings (the “Services”) provided by Enforyn Inc. (“Enforyn,” “we,” “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. License
Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with infrastructure, violating applicable law, or using the Services to infringe third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Customer data
You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit such data.

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where permitted.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enforyn and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Enforyn against claims arising from your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of these Terms, subject to our prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate as described in your order or account settings. We may suspend access for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
